Trunnion ball valves

Heavy design, suitable for high ressure or size. The ball is supported by trunnions,so that floating and spring loaded eats are not effected by pressure. Two or three pieces body, API 6D design, full and reduced bore, up to N 16”, rating up to class 2500,flanged and BW. Standard carbon steel and low emperature carbon steel body,carbon steel ENP or stainless steel ball, trunnion and stem.Main features and special executions include:
• Metal spring loaded seats, ensure double block and bleed feature
• Fire safe BS 6755 / API 6FA
• Low torque bearings
• Antistatic device according to BS5146
• Emergency sealant injection on stem and seats

Water Service

Bremer valves includes in its production range several devices for water distribution and service, such as:
• Air vent and vacuum relieve valves, designed for controlling air discharge and intake in water
pipelines, so to eliminate surge,water hammer and vacuum conditions. Size up to DN 16”, carbon steel and stainless steel, duplex F51 included.

• Vacuum breaker valves, size up to DN 4”, carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex.
